Chad Jackson, Member at Morgan, Akins & Jackson, PLLC, recently filed a Rule 12 Motion to Dismiss a Third-Party Complaint against his client for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.  In response, the Third-Party Plaintiff voluntarily dismissed Chad’s client from the Third-Party Complaint without the need for a hearing.
