Chad Jackson, Member at Morgan, Akins & Jackson, PLLC, recently obtained summary judgment in Sumner County Circuit Court, on behalf of an uninsured motorist carrier standing in the shoes of John Doe under Tennessee’s Uninsured Motorist Statute.  John Doe was added to the lawsuit after the named Defendant alleged fault against an unknown motorist. Chad moved for summary judgment following party depositions, and the Court summarily dismissed the allegations against John Doe.
