Chad Jackson, Member at Morgan, Akins & Jackson, PLLC, recently obtained partial summary judgment on the issue of punitive damages in Sumner County Circuit Court. Following the death of the defendant-driver, Plaintiff continued seeking punitive damages under different theories.  Over Plaintiff’s objection, the Court granted Chad’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment.
