Chad Jackson and Rylie MacKinnon, attorneys in the firm’s Nashville office, recently succeeded on a Rule 12 Motion to Dismiss a Complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.  The Plaintiff alleged causes of action under 12 different federal statutes.  The Court agreed that Plaintiff failed to state a claim upon which relief could be granted against the firm’s client, and the Court granted the Rule 12 Motion.
